Three desks that rent cars by the month for someone else.

A broker, a travel agent and a corporate travel desk all price the same long rentals, but their day looks different. Here is how each one uses RentDesk, and which plan fits.

Rental brokers

You place clients in cars for months at a time, and your margin depends on finding the cheapest month before anyone else does.

The situation today

A client wants a car from Fort Lauderdale for eleven months, starting in October. You open rental websites built for weekend trips, try a few pickup days at a few branches, and write the best one down. The quote is a document you edit by hand, the payment is a text message, and the commission is a spreadsheet.

Tomorrow the prices have moved, and the search starts over.

What you get

  • The cheapest month for every pickup day, per car, category and state
  • Every branch on a map with its cheapest monthly price
  • Quotes as a branded PDF, or shared on WhatsApp on Pro
  • Reservations and confirmation emails in your own name and logo
  • A payments ledger, commission splits per lead source and sub-agent, and settle-up

The right plan

Base$149 a month

You work alone and sell 3 rental brands. Calendar, map, CRM, quotes and the daily digest.

Pro$349 a month

The most popular plan. All 10 brands, new-finds emails with each person's car picks, WhatsApp quotes, and 3 users.

A day with RentDesk

  1. The new-finds email lists the new and cheaper prices from the latest search run, only for the cars you sell.
  2. A client asks for a car. You open the calendar for their state, category and rental length.
  3. You pick the cheapest pickup day that works for them. Every branch priced that day opens, cheapest first.
  4. You send the quote as a PDF in your company's name, or on WhatsApp.
  5. The client says yes. You record the reservation and send the confirmation email in your name.
  6. The payment goes into the ledger, and the commission split follows the lead source.

Travel agents

Sixt gives travel agents their own rates through its own portal. RentDesk puts them next to the corporate and public prices and keeps your commission on every quote.

The situation today

A client needs a car for a month. You check the Sixt travel-agent portal, then the corporate and public prices somewhere else, for each pickup day you can offer. Your commission is worked out on a calculator and lives in your head until the booking is done.

What you get

  • Sixt travel-agent rates searched daily next to the corporate and public ones
  • Your commission on the quote: Sixt's price and your price kept side by side
  • Quotes your client can open on a phone, as a PDF or on WhatsApp
  • Bookings through the Sixt travel-agent portal, automatic or assisted, on Advanced
  • Client confirmations that show your price only, never Sixt's

The right plan

Pro$349 a month

Sixt travel-agent rates are included from Pro, with all 10 brands and WhatsApp quotes. Base does not include them.

Advanced$749 a month

Adds booking through the Sixt travel-agent portal, client intake links and 5 users.

A booking with RentDesk

  1. The calendar shows the cheapest month per pickup day, with the travel-agent book searched alongside the corporate one.
  2. You quote the client the price you charge. RentDesk keeps Sixt's price next to it on the quote.
  3. The client opens the quote on their phone and says yes.
  4. On Advanced, RentDesk books it in the Sixt travel-agent portal and stops for you to pick the payment option.
  5. The confirmation number and a screenshot are saved, and the client confirmation shows only your price.

Corporate and relocation desks

People on a project or a move need a car near the new office for 60 days, 90 days or a full 330, on the company's own corporate codes.

The situation today

The company has corporate codes with several rental brands, and each brand's website asks for them separately. There is rarely time to compare the neighbourhood branches near the new office with the airport. At the counter, the branch asks for a company ID card the employer never issued.

What you get

  • Searches on your own corporate codes, never another account's
  • Long rental lengths such as 60 and 330 days, priced per month
  • Every branch near the new office on the map, not only the airport
  • Employment-verification letters for the branch, on Pro
  • Each reservation on record with its confirmation and payments
  • Per-person company access so each desk works only its brands

The right plan

Pro$349 a month

All 10 brands, employment letters, on-demand searches for a new office, and 3 users.

Advanced$749 a month

A multi-desk office: scheduled searches, booking automation, emails from your own sender identity, and 5 users.

How a request is handled

  • The price. Search the brands your company has codes with, at the length of the assignment. On October 6, a 330-day rental at Sixt FLL1 was $567 a month, $6,237 for the contract.
  • The branch. Open the map around the new office and compare the neighbourhood branches with the airport.
  • The counter. Prepare the employment-verification letter from the employee's record and send it to the branch before pickup.
  • The record. Keep the reservation, the confirmation and the payments on file under the employee.
