The whole desk, from the price to the payment.

RentDesk is one account that finds the cheapest month, writes the quote, places the booking and keeps the money straight. This page walks through it module by module, with the product itself instead of screenshots.

14-day free trial, no card.

A month of pickup days on one screen.

The calendar shows the cheapest verified monthly price for every pickup day, per car, per category and per state. Pick a day and every branch priced that day opens, cheapest first.

The cheapest month is not always at the airport.

The map puts every branch where it is, with its cheapest monthly price on the pin. The airport counter is not always the cheapest month; a neighbourhood branch up the coast can be.

The pins follow the same filters as the calendar: pickup day, rental length, car, category and state. Pins rank by the monthly figure, so a 330-day rate and a 28-day rate compare fairly.

New-finds emails. After each search run, an email lists the new and cheaper finds, one email per brand, one card per car, with the cheapest month across the rental lengths searched.

Your own car picks. Each person on the account picks the categories and car names they care about, and only gets those. One person watches SUVs, another watches electric cars.

Deal alerts. A price far below the usual for that car at that branch is flagged in the account, so a one-day dip is not missed.

Daily digest. On every plan, a daily price digest email covers the cars you watch.

Clients, quotes and letters, without the spreadsheet.

Every client has one record: how they came in, what they were quoted, what they booked. The quote is a branded PDF in one click, in your company's name.

  2. Matches the exact car class you quoted
  3. Fills the driver and billing details from the client record
  4. Books, then reads the confirmation number off the page
  5. Saves a screenshot of the confirmation to the reservation

Who paid, who is owed, and which card gets charged.

Every payment goes into one ledger against the reservation it belongs to. Commission splits follow your rules per lead source and per sub-agent, and settle-up shows each partner what is owed since the last time you settled.

  • Card desks. Client-funded cards on Ramp, Mercury and Rho, with every charge in one hub.
  • Charge and overage alerts. An email the moment a card is charged, and a red alert when charges pass the money the client sent.
  • Card-update reminders. A reminder before the client has to put their own card on the contract, with the rental company's phone line in it.

Settle-up. Open since the last settle-up: 3 payments. Each partner's share is worked out by the split set for that lead source, and the settle-up is kept as history.

A payment recorded by mistake can be edited or deleted in place; settled rows stay locked until reopened.

Everyone sees their own work, and only that.

Each person signs in with their own login and a role. On top of the role, the owner decides per person which clients they see and which rental companies they can work with. Every sign-in is logged.

Each account is its own: its own database, its own company codes for checkout and bookings, its own name and logo on quotes and emails.

Base includes 1 user, Pro 3, Advanced 5. Extra users are $29 a month on any plan.
